自从1870年美国哈佛法学院采用案例的方法进行教学以来,案例教学法已经历一百多年的历史。其实,追究案例教学发展的历史渊源,可以追溯到古希腊哲学家苏格拉底的“问答法”教学。案例教学20世纪70年在教育届普及,随着课程改革的深入进行,案例教学在思政课堂受到青睐。论述了案例的渊源,概念界定,案例编选原则及教师在课堂教学的准备工作。
Since 1870, the Harvard Law School in the United States has adopted the method of case teaching, the case teaching method has experienced a hundred years of history. In fact, investigating the history of the development of case teaching can be traced back to Socrates’ “question and answer” teaching by the ancient Greek philosopher. Case Teaching 70 years in the 20th century, the popularity of education, with the deepening of curriculum reform, case teaching in the ideological and political classrooms are favored. Discusses the origin of the case, the definition of the concept, the case compilation principle and the teacher’s preparation for the classroom teaching.
