目的 研究瘦素在大鼠胫骨骨折愈合过程的作用.方法 54只SD大鼠建立胫骨骨折模型后 ,随机均分为生理盐水对照组(A组)、瘦素0. 1μg/kg组(B组)和瘦素0. 3μg/kg组(C组).比较术后第2、4、6周胫骨骨折愈合情况.结果 术后第6周 ,B组和C组大鼠骨折处骨痂体积分别为(48.74 ± 6.65)mm3和(52.12 ± 6.86)mm3 ,大于A组的(40.23 ± 4.19)mm3 (P<0 .01) ,骨痂组织学评估指数分别为6.72 ± 0.99和8.28 ± 1.03 ,亦大于 A组的5.65 ± 0.69(P<0 .05和P<0 .01).C组骨折愈合情况更优于B组(P<0 .05).结论 瘦素能加快大鼠胫骨骨折的愈合过程 ,提示瘦素是促进骨形成的重要因素之一.“,”Objective To investigate the effect of leptin in promoting the healing of tibial fracture in rats .Methods Animal models with tibial fracture were established in 54 SD rats ,which then were equally randomized into three groups of A (intraperitoneally injected with normal saline 1 ml) ,B(intraperitoneally injected with leptin 0.1μg/kg) and C(intraperitoneally injected with leptin 0.3μg/kg) .The healing of tibial fracture was observed on the 2nd ,4th and 6th week after injection . Results The volumes of bone callus in groups of B and C were (48.74 ± 6.65) mm3 and (52.12 ± 6.86)mm3onthe6thweek,whichweregreaterthan (40.23±4.19)mm3ingroupA(P<0.01).So did histological index of bone callus(6.72 ± 0.99 and 8.28 ± 1.03 vs .5.65 ± 0.69)(P<0 .05 and P<0 .01) .The fracture healing in group C was better than that in group B (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Leptin can promote the healing of tibial fracture in rats ,which indicates that leptin plays an important role in bone formation .
