人是企业发展目标和愿景的实践者、推动者,所以现代企业管理提倡以人为本。当一个人遇到困难时,他的承受力是有限的,压力过大必将影响其工作效率和生活热情。如果一个企业的员工总是为自己的困难而分心,不能全力以赴投入工作中,就会在某种程度上影响企业的发展。黑龙江省望奎县电业局为了分担职工的困难和烦忧,让他们能够放下包袱,轻装上阵,经多方考察、研讨,成立了职工送温暖互助会爱心工作室(简称“互助会”爱心工作室)。不但分担了职工的生活困难,还体现了团体的力量和组织的温暖。该组织从2011年成立以来,分担了职工子女升学、职工重病、职工双亲去世等方面的困难,同时,主动承担了一些社会责任,得到了职工及家属的广泛称赞和社会各界的好评。
