基于对4个城市的外来新生代农民工的调查问卷,对新生代农民工职业教育投资意愿的影响因素进行实证分析。结果表明,职业教育的功能性价值、情感性价值和社会性价值都能促进新生代农民工职业教育投资意愿的形成,主观规范的外部因素如社会观念、单位及同事意见等对教育投资意愿具有显著影响。据此,政府和教育机构要创新办学模式,提高职业教育的感知效用和吸引力,企业用工单位要加强激励引导,提升新生代农民工人力资本。
Based on a questionnaire survey of migrant workers in four cities, this study empirically analyzes the influential factors of Willingness to Invest in VTE for new generation migrant workers. The results show that the functional value, emotional value and social value of vocational education all contribute to the formation of the new generation of migrant workers’ willingness to invest in vocational education. The external factors of subjective norms, such as social concept, unit and colleague’s opinions, Significantly affected. Accordingly, the government and educational institutions should innovate the mode of running schools, improve the perceived utility and attractiveness of vocational education, and enterprises employing units should step up their incentive and guidance so as to enhance the human capital of the new generation of migrant workers.
