目的 :为给前臂部创伤修复及肌瓣移植提供形态学依据。方法 :采用解剖剥离测量方法 ,对 2 5具 (共 5 0侧 )成人上肢前臂部标本的尺神经肌支进行自身比例定位研究。结果 :①尺神经发出的各肌支主要以 1支型和 2支型出现率最多 ;②尺神经发出的各肌支主要集中于上肢的 5上段 ;③尺神经发出的各肌支进入各肌门的区位 ,以中区和外区为主。结论 :确定了尺神经肌支的主要肌支类型、危险区段和危险区位 ;确认尺神经肌支有倾向于以神经干为轴心近距离分布的规律。
Objective: To provide morphological evidence for trauma repair and muscle flap transplantation in forearm. Methods: An autopsy test was performed on the ulnar nerve branches of 25 forelimb specimens of adult (50 sides) adult. Results: ① The muscular branches of the ulnar nerve mainly occurred in 1 type and 2 types. ② The muscular branches of the ulnar nerve mainly concentrated in the upper part of the upper extremity 5; ③ The muscular branches of the ulnar nerve entered the muscles The location of the door is dominated by the Central and Western districts. Conclusion: The main muscular branches, the dangerous segments and the dangerous locations of the ulnar nerve branches were identified. It was confirmed that the muscular branches of the ulnar nerve tend to distribute close to the axis of the neural stem.
