一位数乘两位数的口算,是学习多位数乘法和除数是两位数的除法的重要基础,也是提高学生乘、除法计算速度的关键。教材由于篇幅所限,不能过多地编出一位数乘两位数的口算题。第四册只分散编了约90个,仅占这类习题总数的10%,而且大都是不进位的或一次进位的。第五册只编了约70个题目,两次进位的也只有一半左右。有的教师由于对一位数乘两位数口算的重要性认识不足,往往只满足于让学生练完这一百来道题。这是不可能达到《大纲》对这类口算题的要求的。为此,在教学中应注意如下两点。
