目的观察安心颗粒对麻醉犬心脏血流动力学及心肌耗氧量的影响。方法采用麻醉犬在体心脏实验方法,经十二指肠给予安心颗粒,于给药后不同时间点,用RM-6300型八道生理记录仪测定心脏血流动力学和心肌耗氧量。结果安心颗粒能够降低总外周阻力、左室内压最大上升速率(+LVdp/dtmax)及心肌耗氧量,而其他血流动力学指标无明显变化。结论安心颗粒可通过降低心脏后负荷和心肌收缩力,从而减少心肌耗氧量,对缺血心肌具有保护作用。
Objective To observe the effect of Anxin Granule on cardiac hemodynamics and myocardial oxygen consumption in anesthetized dogs. Methods Anesthetized dogs were subjected to heart-to-heart experimental method. The safety pellets were administered through the duodenum. Cardiac hemodynamics and myocardial oxygen consumption were measured at different time points after administration by RM-6300 eight-channel physiological recorder. Results Anshen granules can reduce the total peripheral resistance, the maximum rate of left ventricular pressure rise (+ LVdp / dtmax) and myocardial oxygen consumption, while no significant changes in other hemodynamic parameters. Conclusion Anxinxin can reduce myocardial oxygen consumption by decreasing cardiac afterload and myocardial contractility, which has a protective effect on ischemic myocardium.
