通过在聚氨酯表面引入亲水性物质来增强材料表面的亲水性,降低蛋白质与膜表面的疏水作用,减少蛋白质的不可逆吸附,是一种有效改善聚氨酯表面抗凝血性能的方法。采用表面引发聚合接枝大分子的途径,先将聚氨酯膜表面用异氰酸根官能化,再将带有不饱和双键的亲水性物质丙烯酸接枝到聚氨酯膜表面,然后通过自由基聚合引发双键聚合,将丙烯酸接枝于膜表面。改性后的聚氨酯表面具有良好的亲水性,同位素标记蛋白质吸附结果表明该亲水表面具有很好的排斥非特异性蛋白质吸附的能力。
