介绍了偏最小二乘法（ｐａｒｔｉａｌｌｅａｓｔｓｐｕａｒｅｍｅｔｈｏｄ，ＰＬＳ）用于尿液中药物浓度测定的基本原理，建立了不经分离直接测定尿液中氧氟沙星浓度的ＰＬＳ－紫外分光光度法。所得结果的平均回收率为１００．０４％（ＲＳＤ＝０．８５％）。同时对其人体内药物动学参数进行了计算。并把国产片剂和进口片进行了比较，表明国产片质量已达到国外的同期水平。
The principle of Partial Least Squares method (PLS) for the determination of urinary drug concentration was introduced. PLS-UV spectrophotometry was established for the direct determination of ofloxacin in urine without separation. The average recovery of the results obtained was 100.04% (RSD = 0.85%). At the same time, the pharmacokinetic parameters of human body were calculated. The domestic tablets and imported tablets were compared, indicating that the quality of domestically produced films has reached the level of the same period abroad.
