先通过席夫碱反应合成了末端基为磺酸基的介晶基元(4–羟基–4’–磺酸基苯亚甲基苯胺),再接枝到聚硅氧烷主链上,制得含磺酸基团的侧链液晶离聚物,产物通过红外表征进行了确定;并对该化合物的液晶性能进行了测试,偏光显微镜(POM)分析表明该化合物属于近晶型棒状织构;差示扫描量热仪(DSC)分析证明其具有较高的熔点和清亮点温度,液晶温区为172.24~232.17℃,并且具有稳定的液晶性能,可用于热塑性高分子材料的共混改性。
First, a mesogenic group (4-hydroxy-4’-sulfobenzylideneaniline) having a sulfonic group as the terminal group was synthesized by a Schiff base reaction and then grafted onto the polysiloxane backbone to prepare The sulfonic acid group-containing side-chain liquid crystal ionomer was obtained and the product was characterized by IR. The liquid crystal properties of the compound were tested. POM analysis showed that the compound belongs to the smectic rod-like texture. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) analysis showed that it has a higher melting point and clearing point temperature, the liquid crystal temperature range of 172.24 ~ 232.17 ℃, and has a stable liquid crystal properties, can be used for the blending modification of thermoplastic polymer materials.
