腐殖质(HS)的复杂性以及其在农业生产中的重要作用,使有关HS的研究越来越受到科研人员的关注,多年来,带来了其在物理化学、生物学及结构性能等方面的新知识。然而,由于H S结构与活性的关系难以确定,学者们对二者间的关系仍存在较大争议。本研究表明,HS对植物生长的影响取决于HS级分的来源、浓度、分子量等,以及包含其中的不同化合物。HS也显示了类激素活性,特别是类生长素活性。目前,这种类生长素活性是完全与HS的化学结构相关,还是取决于微生物来源的激素,例如其中的吲哚乙酸(IAA),还不清楚。总之,HS对植物细胞生长和发育是具有刺激作用的。我们将在本研究中对HS结构、化学组成与其对植物生长和代谢的生理效应间的关系进行讨论,尤其是描述植物对HS的应答以及允许植物应对HS的调节回路。此外,就目前的结果如何增加HS新的信息是广泛讨论的问题。
The complexity of humus (HS) and its important role in agricultural production make the research on HS more and more concerned by researchers. Over the years, it has brought its physical and chemical, biological and structural properties new knowledge. However, since the relationship between the structure and activity of H S is difficult to determine, scholars still have some controversies over the relationship between the two. This study shows that the effect of HS on plant growth depends on the source, concentration, molecular weight, etc., of the HS fraction, as well as the different compounds contained therein. HS also shows hormonal activity, especially auxin activity. Whether this class of auxin activity is currently completely linked to the chemical structure of HS or whether it depends on hormones of microbial origin, such as indole acetic acid (IAA) therein, is unclear. In summary, HS has a stimulating effect on plant cell growth and development. We will discuss in this study the relationship between HS structure, chemical composition, and their physiological effects on plant growth and metabolism, and in particular, the plant response to HS and the regulatory circuits that allow plants to respond to HS. In addition, it is a widely discussed issue of how to add new HS information on current results.
