为了有效的预防和控制锡盟地区食物中毒的发生,对锡盟1989~1998年食物中毒情况,运用流行病学方法进行了统计分析。10年间共有6个年份发生了食物中毒,而且呈上升趋势;二、三季度食物中毒占绝大多数;家庭及个体摊点的发病起数最多;中毒食品以肉类及其制品最多。
In order to effectively prevent and control the occurrence of food poisoning in the Ximeng area, a statistical analysis was made on the food poisoning situation of Ximeng from 1989 to 1998 by using epidemiological methods. Food poisoning took place in 6 years in 10 years and showed an upward trend. In the second and third quarters, the majority of food poisoning occurred. The highest incidence was found in stalls in households and individuals. The most poisoned food was meat and its products.
