教学能力是国际汉语志愿者必须具备的核心能力。教师教学能力的强弱,直接影响到教学效果和教学目标。研究现阶段国际汉语志愿者的教学能力及其存在的问题,对于国际汉语志愿者培训具有重要意义。本文根据108名国际汉语志愿者的课堂教学视频案例和国家汉办汉语国际推广东北基地培训的150名汉语志愿者的调查问卷,利用SAS软件进行分析,并结合访谈反馈,从志愿者教学能力的构成出发,分析研究现阶段国际汉语志愿者在教学能力方面的现状与问题。
Teaching ability is a must for international Chinese volunteers. The strength of teachers’ teaching ability directly affects the teaching effect and teaching goal. Studying the teaching ability of international Chinese volunteers and their existing problems at this stage are of great significance to the training of international Chinese volunteers.
