近几年,我负责寄宿部的工作,发现其中有相当一部分是留守学生。这些学生在行为习惯上或多或少都有这样或那样的不足:不注意个人卫生,不注意整理床单;爱睡懒觉,不按时起床;在寝室里,爱疯爱闹……如何让这些缺少关爱的留守学生有一个好的习惯呢?在管理中,我发现只靠制度去管只能治表,不能治本。而营造一种温馨的寝室文化氛围,激发留守学生内在的情感需要,激发他们自觉养成良好习惯的内生动力,才是治表又治本的良策。
