不同类型的音乐著作权付费试用与许可模式对应不同的音乐产业商业模式的需求。随着信息化时代的来临、网络传媒的发展,文化精神产品,特别是视听音乐产品的需求、消费日益增多,但也暴露出保护重视不够、统一规范性差等问题。笔者通过唐山、石家庄、邯郸、长沙四市实地调研、发放问卷以及参考相关资料等方式方法,较全面地分析文化娱乐场所视听音乐著作权的发展现状和存在问题,并提出思考建议。
Different types of music copyright paid trial and licensing model corresponds to the different needs of the music industry business model. With the advent of the information age, the development of internet media and the demand for and consumption of cultural products, especially audio-visual music products, are increasing day by day. However, the problems of insufficient attention to protection and unification of normativeness are also exposed. The author analyzes the status quo and existing problems of the audio-visual music copyright in cultural and entertainment venues comprehensively through field research, questionnaires and reference materials in Tangshan, Shijiazhuang, Handan and Changsha cities, and puts forward some suggestions.
