目的从分离自中国南海深海沉积物的链霉菌12A35中分离和鉴定lobophorins类抗菌活性产物。方法采用活性导向的分离方法,利用大孔吸附树脂、正相硅胶柱色谱、反相ODS柱色谱和半制备高效液相色谱进行活性产物的分离纯化;使用~1D-NMR和HR-ESI-MS进行结构鉴定。结果分离和鉴定了一个新的spirotetronates家族抗生素,命名为lobophorin J。结论深海链霉菌12A35产生新的抗生素lobophorin J。
OBJECTIVE To isolate and identify the antibacterial products of lobophorins from Streptomyces sp. 12A35 isolated from the sediments of the South China Sea. Methods The separation and purification of the active compounds were carried out by means of the active-oriented separation method using macroporous adsorption resins, normal-phase silica gel column chromatography, reverse phase ODS column chromatography and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography. Their structures were characterized by ~ 1D-NMR and HR-ESI-MS Structural identification. Results A new spirotetronates family of antibiotics was isolated and identified as lobophorin J. Conclusion Streptomyces hygrophyte 12A35 produces a novel antibiotic lobophorin J.
