总体思路企业是功利性机构。企业宣传自己、赢得信誉的根本目的是要获取更多的资源和更广泛的支持。通过长期研究,我们发现企业信誉作为企业评价循环的一个重要环节,能够非常有效地把利益相关者对企业良好印象,转化为企业资源与对企业的支持行动,从而能够强化企业的商业成果并推进其战略意图的有效实现。由此我们可以说,我们发现了企业创建信誉到赢得资源与支持的DNA。
