选择大类培养模式目前已经成为高等院校进行人才培养改革的一个必然趋势,大类培养改变了传统模式培养人才的路径,开辟了一种新型的人才培养模式。本文从大类培养模式介绍出发,简述了国内外大类培养的现状,并以我校经管类本科专业大类培养为例,介绍了实施情况,分析了大类培养过程中存在的突出问题,提出了改进和完善大类培养的具体措施。 Choosing the major training mode has now become an inevitable trend for personnel training in colleges and universities.
