同志们:今天我来参加这个纪念会,一来是表达对田汉同志的深切怀念,同时也确实想念文艺界的许多老同志和新老朋友。左翼剧联的成立,开辟了中国共产党领导戏剧事业的新纪元。田汉是我党的优秀战士,也是极富才华的艺术家。由他作词、聂耳作曲的《义勇军进行曲》(中华人民共和国国歌)和《毕业歌》等已成为中华民族不畏强暴、捍卫尊严、顽强进取的民族精神的典型概括。聂耳是在日本牺牲的,牺牲时才二十多岁。我到日本时几次向聂耳祭奠、献花圈。日本的进步作家很尊敬聂耳、田汉、冼星海等这样的同志。田汉的创作道路,是我国一大批杰出的革命文艺家的共同道路。中国人民永远不会忘记“左联”、“剧联”和许多革命的文艺家在中国革命中所创造的光辉业绩。以毛泽东同志为领袖的中国共产党领导中国人民经历千难万险,推翻了三座大山,建立了新中国。当年有许多戏剧家、音乐家、电影家、作家在中国共产 Comrades: Today I came to this commemorative meeting. Nie Er is sacrificed in Japan, at the expense of more than twenty years old. When I went to Japan several times to Nie Er memorial offering wreaths. Japanese progressive writers respect Nie Er, Tian Han, Xian Xinghai and other such comrades. Tian Han’s creative path is the common way for a large number of outstanding revolutionary artists in our country. The Chinese people will never forget the glorious achievements that the “Left League”, “Drama League” and many revolutionary writers and artists created during the Chinese revolution.
