目的 :探讨干扰素α(IFN α)对人肺腺癌细胞的增殖抑制和诱导分化作用。方法 :用不同质量浓度IFN α(2 5 μg/L ,75 μg/L ,10 0 μg/L)处理人肺腺癌A54 9细胞 ,记录细胞数目 ,进行甲基绿 派洛宁染色 ,测定软琼脂集落形成率。结果 :IFN α能明显抑制A54 9细胞的增殖 ,药物组与对照组之间差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,药物组与对照组比较增殖型细胞减少 ,分化型细胞数增加 ,双层软琼脂中细胞集落形成受到明显抑制 ,对照组集落普遍比药物组集落大 ,且单个集落中细胞数目多 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :IFN α对A54 9细胞具有增殖抑制和诱导分化作用
Objective: To investigate the effects of interferon α on the proliferation and differentiation of human lung adenocarcinoma cells. Methods: Human lung adenocarcinoma A54 9 cells were treated with different concentrations of IFNα (25 μg / L, 75 μg / L and 100 μg / L), and the cell numbers were recorded. Agar colony formation rate. RESULTS: IFNα significantly inhibited the proliferation of A54 9 cells. There was a significant difference between the drug group and the control group (P <0.05). The number of proliferating cells and differentiated cells in the drug group and the control group were both increased Colony formation in soft agar was significantly inhibited, while colonies in the control group were generally larger than those in the drug group, with more cells in a single colony (P <0.05). Conclusion: IFNα can inhibit proliferation and induce differentiation of A54 9 cells
