目的 :观察通脉增智胶囊的药效学作用。方法 :将昆明种健康小鼠随机分成空白对照组 ,病理模型组(分别给予东莨菪碱、亚硝酸钠、体积分数 40 %的乙醇以造成学习记忆获得、巩固和再现障碍的病理模型 ) ,通脉增智 (TMZZ)Ⅰ、Ⅱ组。空白组和病理模型组给等量生理盐水灌服 10d ,TMZZⅠ、Ⅱ组分别给予通脉增智药液 2 0g/kg ,6 0g/kg灌服 10d ,通过跳台法观察通脉增智胶囊对小鼠学习记忆的获得 ,记忆巩固和记忆再现的影响。结果 :通脉增智胶囊可明显改善小鼠对东莨菪碱所致学习记忆获得不良 ,亚硝酸钠所致记忆巩固不良和体积分数为 40 %乙醇所致记忆再现不良 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :通脉增智胶囊可改善小鼠记忆 ,且无毒
Objective: To observe the pharmacodynamic effects of Tongmai Zengzhi Capsule. METHODS: Healthy Kunming mice were randomly divided into control group and pathological model group (pathomorphic model of scopolamine, sodium nitrite, and volume fraction of ethanol of 40% for learning and memory acquisition, consolidation and reconstruction). Intelligence (TMZZ) I, II group. The blank group and pathological model group were given an equal amount of normal saline for 10 days. TMZZI and II groups were given Tongmai Zengzhi drug solution 20 g/kg, respectively, and 60 g/kg gavage for 10 days. The Tongmai Zengzhi capsule was observed by the jumping platform method. Acquisition of learning and memory in mice, memory consolidation, and memory reproduction. Results :Tongmai Zengzhi capsule can significantly improve the learning and memory impairment caused by scopolamine in mice, and the memory consolidation caused by sodium nitrite and poor memory reproduction caused by 40 % ethanol (P < 0.05). Conclusion : Tongmai Zengzhi capsule can improve mouse memory and is non-toxic
