1993年5月9～18日第一届东亚运动会在上海举行,这是建国以来上海首次承办的大型国际综合性运动会。虹口体育场承担主会场和田径、足球赛等繁重任务。东亚运田径、足球项目委员会领导都很重视档案工作,几次在各处负责人会议上强调档案工作的重要性。区档案局也积极配合东亚运田径、足球项目委员会开展档案工作,与田径委员会、区体委联合制定了关于做好东亚运田径委员会档案工作意见及东亚运田径委员会文件材料的归挡范围。东亚运开幕前几天,区档案局抽调了三名同志到两个项目委员会配合协助进行档案工作,参加田径项目、足球项目两个档案整理工作小组。经过20多天的努力,足球项目委员会率先完成了四套200卷档案的整理工作,于6月10日在全市率先向市
1993 May 9 ~ 18 The first East Asian Games was held in Shanghai, which was the first large-scale international comprehensive sports event to be held in Shanghai since the founding of New China.
