新形势下女工在岗位上存在着各种各样的问题。一是女工的自我认同度不够。相当一部分女工上进心不强,满足于现状,总认为没有必要与男性相比,存在一定的社会依赖性和家庭依赖性。二是女工的作用发挥不够。自尊、自立、自信、自强的意识和创新意识不强,工作中往往对自己要求不高,缺乏事业心和责任感。三是女工自身的合法权益维护不够。权益的知晓度不高、维权意识和维权能力不强。四是女工处理工作与家庭之间的关系不够妥。总之,女工在生活工作等领域中仍处于弱势地位。因此,做好新形势下女工工作是全面深化改革的需要,只有充分发
