安徽省化工研究院承担的化工部重点课题——年产70吨聚2,6—二溴苯醚(PBO)中试于1994年10月通过化工部组织的技术鉴定.PBO是一种大分子溴系阻燃剂,是目前用量最大的十溴联苯醚阻燃剂的理想换代产品,主要用于热塑性聚酯(PET、PBT)、各种尼龙、高抗冲PS、ABS等工程塑料.出席鉴定会的专家认为:(1)该工艺转化率高、副产品少、成本低、技术先进可靠;(2)中试产品质量指标已达到美国大湖公司水平,填补了国内空白;(3)与十溴联苯醚相比,具有相容性好、不析出、热稳定性高、制品表面光泽好,对模具无腐蚀及耐光、无毒等
The key project of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, undertaken by the Anhui Research Institute of Chemical Industry--an annual output of 70 tons of poly-2,6-dibromophenyl ether (PBO) was tested by the Ministry of Chemical Industry in October 1994. The PBO is a macromolecule. The brominated flame retardant is the ideal replacement product of the most widely used decabromodiphenyl ether flame retardant. It is mainly used in thermoplastic polyester (PET, PBT), various nylon, high-impact PS, ABS and other engineering plastics. Experts attending the appraisal committee believed that: (1) The process has high conversion rate, fewer by-products, low cost, and advanced and reliable technology; (2) the pilot product quality index has reached the level of the United States Great Lakes Company, filling the domestic gap; (3) Compared with decabromodiphenyl ether, it has good compatibility, no precipitation, high thermal stability, good surface gloss, no corrosion to the mold and light, non-toxic, etc.
