最近若干年来,在施工过程中现较多地运用“逆作法”技术,而且这种技术的施工水平以及成熟度也越来越高。从该技术的建筑工程来看,主要运用在市区范围内有着较大建筑密度、附近的建筑物以及四周的环境对沉降以及变形等十分敏感、在狭窄的场地开展施工作业,工期比较短、地基比较软以及较厚的土层等。在三层以及超过三层的地下室施工过程中,可以看到较好的施工效果。文章分析了逆作法施工的相关要点以及控制工程质量的相关技术措施,这样就可以为施工安全策略以及环境效益的提升提供有益的参考。
