近年来,国内外许多文献报道幽门螺杆菌(Helicobaeterpylori,HP)是消化性溃疡、慢性胃炎,尤其是慢性活动性胃炎的致病菌之一,和胃癌的发生亦相关。胃粘膜活组织快速尿素酶试验是检查HP的一种简便、快速、较为准确、实用的方法。我院在近3年来,对因上消化道症状接受胃镜检查的门诊及住院患者3996例进行胃粘膜活组织快速尿素酶试验检查,以探讨本地区上消化道疾病患者HP感染情况。 1 对象和方法 1. 1 对象 全部病例资料均来源于本院胃镜室,从1995年2月至1998年7月对因上消化道症状进行胃镜检查患者3996例,男3203例,女793例,男女之比40:1,年龄6～85岁,平均40.5岁,胃溃疡280例,十二指肠球部溃疡516例,浅表性胃炎1936例,萎缩性胃炎550例,反流性胃炎128例,糜烂性胃炎116例,出血性胃炎32例,残胃炎16例,食管炎56例,十二指肠炎81例,胃痛158例,食管癌71例,大致正常胃48例。
