我队于一九七八年六月建成一条镀锌自动线,该自动线除装卸工件外,所有浸酸、中和、镀锌、钝化和清洗等九道工序的三十八个动作全部由电子程序控制机控制着吊车自动进行,并采用了无氰镀锌和低铬钝化工艺。它与原用的手工操作镀锌工艺比较,显著地改善了劳动条件,减轻了劳动强度,保证了产品质量,提高了生产效率。自动线的动作准确,性能稳定,抗干扰能力强;在电流电压波动较大时,仍能正常工作,并可根据需要由自动转为手动操作。
In June 1978, our team built a galvanized automatic wire which, in addition to loading and unloading workpieces, all thirty-eight movements of all nine processes of pickling, neutralizing, galvanizing, passivation and cleaning are all performed by electronic Program control machine crane control automatically, and the use of non-cyanide zinc and low-chromium passivation process. Automatic line of action is accurate, stable performance, anti-interference ability; large fluctuations in current and voltage, can still work properly, and can be automatically converted to manual operation as needed.
