采用大电流密度间歇式电流阳极氧化工艺对6063铝合金进行氧化处理,研究了阳极氧化工艺对氧化层组织、厚度和性能的影响。结果表明,在试验用阳极氧化溶液下,确定了合理的阳极氧化工艺参数为:电流密度42~53 A/dm2,通断电时间比为1∶1,每次通电0.5 s。采用此工艺制得的氧化层表层有微孔,而内层未见有微孔,膜/基界面致密度高,氧化层的最大厚度达75μm以上,最大硬度达735 HV0.5,氧化层耐NaCl溶液腐蚀能力极好。
The 6063 aluminum alloy was oxidized by intermittent current anodization with high current density. The effects of anodization on the microstructure, thickness and properties of the oxide layer were investigated. The results showed that under the anodic oxidation solution, the reasonable parameters of anodic oxidation were determined as follows: the current density was 42-53 A / dm2, the on-off time ratio was 1: 1 and the current was supplied for 0.5 s each time. The surface of the oxide layer prepared by the process has micropores, while the inner layer has no micropores, the film / base interface has a high density, the maximum thickness of the oxide layer reaches 75 μm or more, the maximum hardness reaches 735 HV0.5, and the oxide layer resistance NaCl solution excellent corrosion resistance.
