随着社会的发展,人们经济生活水平的提高以及社会福利保障制度的完善,建筑行业的人工成本大大提高了,建立在廉价人工成本基础上的竞争策略已经不再能使企业保持绝对的竞争优势。因此,在新的市场经济发展模式下,建筑企业必须正视人工成本不断提高这一严峻问题,在把握人工成本现状以及发展趋势的前提下,加强企业对人工成本的管理和控制。本文通过对我国建筑企业人工成本增长原因进行分析,提出四种措施来应对这种状况,以求降低建筑企业的劳动力成本,增强建筑行业在市场经济中的竞争优势。
With the development of society, the improvement of people’s economic life level and the improvement of social welfare security system, the labor cost in the construction industry has been greatly increased. The competitive strategy based on cheap labor cost no longer enables the enterprises to maintain absolute competitive advantage . Therefore, under the new mode of market economy development, construction enterprises must face up to the severe problem of continuous improvement of labor costs, and grasp the management and control of labor costs by enterprises under the premise of the status quo and development trend of labor costs. This article analyzes the reasons for the increase of labor cost in construction enterprises in our country and puts forward four measures to deal with the situation in order to reduce the labor cost of construction enterprises and enhance the competitive advantage of the construction industry in the market economy.
