本工作用X射线粉末照相法和差热分析法测定了Dy-Sn二元系合金相图。Dy-Sn系存在九个金属间化合物,其中DySn_2,Dy_5Sn_3,Dy_5Sn_4以及Dy_(11)Sn_(10)已有结构报道,其余五个化合物尚未见报道,它们是:Dy_2Sn,DySn,Dy_8Sn_9,Dy_4Sn_7和DySn_4存在四个共晶反应,六个包晶反应。化合物Dy_2Sn,DySn,Dy_4Sn_7分别在1237℃,1222℃及1154℃同成份熔化,Dy_5Sn_3,Dy_5Sn_4,Dy_(11)Sn_(10),Dy_8Sn_9,DySn_2及DySn_4则分别在包晶反应温度,1140℃、1160℃,1175℃,1134℃,738℃以及442℃分解,富Dy区在1182℃存在一熔晶转变。 DySn_4与Sn互不溶解。α-Dy中最大含Sn量大约为5wt%,β-Dy中最大含Sn量大约为7wt%。
This work measured by X-ray powder and differential thermal analysis of Dy-Sn binary system phase diagram. There are nine intermetallic compounds in the Dy-Sn system, of which DySn_2, Dy_5Sn_3, Dy_5Sn_4 and Dy_ (11) Sn_10 have been reported. The remaining five compounds have not been reported. They are Dy_2Sn, DySn, Dy_8Sn_9, Dy_4Sn_7 and There are four eutectic reactions for DySn_4 and six peritectic reactions. Dy2Sn, DySn and Dy4Sn_7 compounds were melted at the same composition of 1237 ℃, 1222 ℃ and 1154 ℃, respectively. The results showed that the compositions of Dy2Sn, DySn and Dy4Nn7 were respectively melted at the peritectic reaction temperature 1140 ℃ and 1160 ℃, 1175 ℃, 1134 ℃, 738 ℃ and 442 ℃. The melting zone of Dy-rich zone exists at 1182 ℃. DySn_4 and Sn are not dissolved. The maximum content of Sn in α-Dy is about 5 wt%, and the maximum content of Sn in β-Dy is about 7 wt%.
