Alan Buchanan made a very valuable interpretation of Marx’s critique of rights in his book Marx and Justice - Radical Criticism of Liberalism. He pointed out that Marx’s most critical critique of rights is that one needs rights to realize A society of justice is a society where there is a fundamental flaw. It is precisely because the private property and the egoistic individuals led by private property have created the conflict that requires the right to regulate. Communism has gone beyond the root causes of the conflict The right itself. Buchanan considered this criticism of Marx as problematic. Because Marx did not provide enough theory to explain how the society would eliminate the dependence on rights in the future, Buchanan still insisted that this sharp criticism of Marx’s view on the rights is not only a matter of contemporary The fundamental critique of all normative norms of justice, including the liberalist theory of justice.
