“圈”住人才,先下手为强西门子(中国)有限公司对招聘应届毕业生的重视在跨国大公司中是不多见的。该公司人事部总监博德说,招聘大学毕业生是公司的一种中长期策略,在很多时候,尤其是当业务快速发展的时候,非常需要招聘比较成熟和富有经验的人才,但是从长远着眼,需要招聘大学毕业生,把他们培养成为公司的骨干力量。为了网罗优秀人才,早在1995年,西门子(中国)有限公司就成立了高校联络办公室,推出“西门子国际学生圈”活动。这一活动使西门子公司和目标群体的学生有更好的接触和了解,为双方提供了良好的交流渠道和平台。迄今为止,已有310名学生参与了国际学生圈的活动。作为其成员的学生可通过参加学生圈的一系列交流、培训和文艺活动,获得有关其学业的建议和帮助,真正了解企业运作,掌握基本职业技能,提高个人
