提高选人用人公信度,是党的十八大提出的重要任务。如东县委以深入学习贯彻新《干部任用条例》(以下简称《条例》)为抓手,紧紧围绕全县经济社会发展大局,立足领导班子和干部队伍建设实际,以建立新条例背景下科学管用的选人用人机制为重点,倡树鲜明的用人导向,规范干部选任行为,强化干部选任全程监督,提高选人用人公信度。近年来,全县每年领导干部选拔任用“一报告两评议”群众满意度调查,满意度达98%以上,赢得了广大群众的广泛认可。
