几年来,我们本着“积极学习,自能发展”的教师与学生成长基本思路,对校本研修的内涵和范式研究进行了丰富与创新,以实施“校本研修的有效性”为核心问题,进行深人地过程管理探索,形成校本研修管理策略,完善校本研修各项制度,规范过程管理,制定并完善学校校本研修的评价与考核方案,对研修资源进行优化配置和充分利用,使管理更加科学,提供有价值的活动并进行深度的思考,积累了一定的实践经验与研究策略。
