Thirty-seven advanced physical development teenagers were studied for bone development at 11-15 years old. The results showed that the majority of tall people (32 cases) had higher bone age than those of time, of which 8 were older than 2 years old. The age of men was higher than that of women in all age groups. Using the Ketolai index divided body type, nearly 40% of the subjects were classified as thick type, both in males and females, showed a thick average age was significantly larger than the moderate bone age. The length of the metacarpal Ⅱ Ⅱ was significantly higher than the detection rate of common children and adolescents in China. The average age of the metacarpal II was 9.0 or above, and the higher in female, suggesting that in the early stage of puberty, Index predicts children’s future height has a certain value.
