在医院的管理中,尤其是在人力资源管理中,有一个主要的部分是关于绩效的管理,把握好这部分管理,能够促进医院的未来发展,以及实现战略的目标,具有重要的作用。目前,我国不断深入、改革医疗体系,使得医院的绩效管理能够有效地运行,从整体上来分析,大部分国内的医院在绩效的管理方面属于最初的时期,尤其在使用中出现了很多问题。本文结合实践,以宏观作为根本的视角,来分析医院的绩效管理,并针对现存的问题进行分析,找到解决问题的策略,从而促进医院的快速的发展。
In the management of hospitals, especially in human resources management, there is a major part about the management of performance, to grasp this part of management, to promote the hospital’s future development, and to achieve the strategic objectives, has an important role. At present, the continuous deepening of China’s medical system reform, making the hospital’s performance management can run effectively, the overall analysis, most of the domestic hospitals in the management of performance belong to the initial period, especially in the use of a lot of problems. In this paper, we combine practice with macroscopically as a fundamental perspective to analyze the performance management of hospitals and analyze existing problems so as to find solutions to the problems and to promote the rapid development of the hospital.
