应用头孢氨噻肟（凯福隆）和氟嗪酸治疗３６例合并胆道感染的重度黄疸型病毒性肝炎取得较好的疗效。头孢氨噻肟组优于氟嗪酸组，治疗中未发生明显副作用及毒性反应。
The application of cefotaxime (Kai Fulong) and ofloxacin in the treatment of 36 cases of biliary tract infection with severe jaundice virus hepatitis achieved better results. Cefotaxime group is better thanloxacin group, the treatment did not occur obvious side effects and toxicity.
