对高技能机械专业人才继续教育与技术培训认识的不足,以及十几年来本地制造业政策环境不够宽松等原因,使得泸州市高技能机械专业人才本土化培养缺乏适应地区需求、可持续发展的体系,而原有技术人才在其他省、市优惠的政策和优厚的待遇面前,流失正日益严重。要振兴泸州机械行业,在全国制造业产业大转移背景中分得一席之地,人才培养必须先行。本文从政府引导,企业、技术院校与行业充分合作的角度,提出联合各方力量对接融合、资源共享,联合开设专业、培养对口适用人才等方法与对策。
Lack of understanding of continuing education and technical training of highly-skilled mechanical professionals and the lack of loosening of the local manufacturing policy environment over the past decade have made Luzhou City’s highly-skilled machinery professionals lack of local training to adapt to the needs of the region and develop a sustainable system However, in the face of preferential policies and generous benefits from other provinces and cities, the loss of the original technical personnel is becoming increasingly serious. To revitalize Luzhou machinery industry, gain a place in the background of the great shift in the manufacturing industry across the country. Talent training must be carried out first. From the perspective of government guidance, enterprises, technical colleges and industry fully cooperate, this article puts forward the methods and countermeasures such as combining all parties’ forces to integrate, share resources, jointly establish professional and train counterparts.
