目的掌握云南省CT机的质量控制状况和患者的受照剂量情况。方法依据国家标准,采用非介入式多功能X射线质量检测仪进行现场检测。结果云南省部分医疗机构所使用的23台CT机的CT剂量指数(CTDI w)、定位光精度、10 mm层厚偏差、高对比分辨力、低对比可探测能力、CT值线性、诊断床定位精度合格率均为100%,水的CT值、噪声、均匀性合格率分别为78.3%、78.3%和91.3%。结论应加强对CT性能的检测并采取相应的控制措施,以确保每台在用的CT机处于合格、安全的工作状态,以减少和避免患者受到不必要的照射,这样才能保证患者的健康与安全。
Objective To grasp the quality control status of CT machine in Yunnan Province and the dose of patients. Methods Based on national standards, non-invasive multi-function X-ray quality detector was used for on-site testing. Results The CTDI of 23 CT machines used by some medical institutions in Yunnan Province, the precision of positioning light, the deviation of layer thickness of 10 mm, the high contrast resolution, the low detectable contrast ability, the CT value linearity, the diagnostic bed positioning The accuracy of pass rate was 100%. The pass rate of CT, noise and uniformity of water were 78.3%, 78.3% and 91.3% respectively. Conclusion The detection of CT performance should be strengthened and corresponding control measures should be taken to ensure that each CT in use is in a qualified and safe working condition so as to reduce and avoid unnecessary exposure of the patient in order to ensure the patient’s health and Safety.
