In order to rationally use and protect water resources, promote water conservation, ease the difficulties of production and operation companies, and ensure the supply of production and domestic water, Tianjin City will adjust the prices of tap water and sewage treatment fees as appropriate from September 1. The price of water for residential use is adjusted from 2.20 yuan to 2.60 yuan per cubic meter; for administrative agencies and social organizations, the price of water is adjusted from 3.00 yuan to 3.60 per cubic meter.
