将基于分级规划的工艺决策子任务分解与求解策略、推理策略、知识管理策略与黑板推理方法中的多任务协同工作原理相结合,构造了基于分级规划与黑板推理的工艺决策模型.系统在进行工艺决策时,根据领域黑板上的零件信息与其他工艺决策初始化信息,通过总控模块和控制黑板的控制,依次调用与各子任务相关的工艺决策规则、数据和函数对各子任务进行求解或推理,并将推理结果依次填入领域黑板或环境黑板,直至各子任务全部执行完为止,环境黑板上所记录的即是当前零件的工艺设计结果.
