目的:检测儿童血尿酸(SUA)水平,分析其与腰围、体重指数(BMI)及腰围/身高比(WHtR)的关系。方法:对758名中学生进行身高、体重、腰围、血尿酸进行检测,按性别分组,调查不同性别儿童的血尿酸水平,并根据血尿酸水平进行分组,比较尿酸正常(NUA)组与高尿酸血症(HUA)组儿童腰围、体重指数(BMI)及腰围/身高比(WHtR)的关系,并进行相关分析。结果:HUA98例,占总人数的12.93%,男生HUA检出率(19.59%)明显高于女生(5.56%),二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HUA组与NUA组比较,腰围、BMI、WHtR均明显增高,SUA水平与腰围、BMI、WHtR均呈正相关。结论:儿童正常人群中已出现较多的HUA,可认为是与肥胖相关的,是高血压、糖尿病等疾病的一个危险信号,应早期加以监测,及早控制。
Objective: To detect the level of serum uric acid (SUA) in children and analyze its relationship with waist circumference, body mass index (BMI) and waist circumference / height ratio (WHtR). Methods: The height, weight, waist circumference and serum uric acid were detected in 758 middle school students. The levels of serum uric acid in children of different gender were investigated by gender. The level of serum uric acid was also divided into groups according to the level of serum uric acid. (HUA) group, waist circumference, body mass index (BMI) and waist circumference / height ratio (WHtR) were analyzed and compared. Results: There were 98 cases of HUA, accounting for 12.93% of the total. The detection rate of HUA was 19.59% in boys and 5.56% in girls. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05) , Waist circumference, BMI, WHtR were significantly increased, SUA level and waist circumference, BMI, WHtR were positively correlated. Conclusion: There are more HUA in normal children, which may be regarded as obesity-related and is a dangerous signal for diseases such as hypertension and diabetes. It should be monitored early and controlled early.
