目的观察分析安氏Ⅰ类双颌前突畸形矫治前后双平面的变化。方法采用直丝弓矫治技术对19例安氏Ⅰ类双颌前突畸形患者进行矫治,均拔除了第一双尖牙,对矫治前后的X线头颅侧位定位片进行前后平面等的测量,对结果进行统计分析。结果前平面(AOP-FH)矫治前为(10.50±2.59)°,矫治后为(13.18±4.21)°,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。后平面(POP-FH)矫治前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论安氏Ⅰ类双颌前突畸形矫治后后平面较稳定,前平面发生较大变化,主要与上前牙内收,相对伸长有关。
Objective To observe and analyze the change of dipyridamole level before and after treatment of Class Ⅰ bimaxillary protrusion deformity. Methods Nineteen patients with Class Ⅰ bimaxillary protrusion were treated by straight wire arch correction. All the first canines were removed. The anteroposterior planes of X-ray cephalometric films were measured before and after correction , The results of statistical analysis. Results The level of AOP-FH was (10.50 ± 2.59) ° before treatment and (13.18 ± 4.21) ° after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). There was no significant difference in posterior pelvic plane (POP-FH) before and after treatment (P> 0.05). Conclusions The Class Ⅰ bimaxillary protrusion deformity is relatively stable and the anterior oblique plane changes greatly, which is mainly related to the adduction and relative extension of the anterior.
