为了寻找较高生物活性的农药先导化合物,将1,3,4-噻二唑类与硫脲类结构进行拼接,设计合成了18个未见报道的含1,3,4-噻二唑的1-甲基-环己基酰基硫脲类化合物,目标化合物均通过1H NMR和MS确证,同时对化合物进行了初步除草活性测试.活性测试结果表明,在浓度为200 g ai/ha时,所有化合物均表现出一定的除草活性.5b对稗草、狗尾草、马唐、反枝苋和鳢肠均有90%的芽前抑制率,对稗草和鳢肠芽的芽后抑制率分别为90%和95%;5e对芥菜/苘麻芽前和鳢肠的芽前芽后抑制率均为100%.
