目的:对猴头菌多糖中的3-O-甲基-甲基戊糖组分进行鉴定。方法:从猴头菌子实体中经过提取分离纯化得到纯品HEPF1,经三氟醋酸水解后用硼氢化钠还原,然后对其进行乙酰化,以单糖标准品做对照,用 GC-MS 进行分析,同时用~(13)CNMR 的 DEPT-135对 HEPF1中的3-O-甲基-甲基戊糖组分进行鉴定。结果:建立了毛细管气相色谱-质谱联用鉴定含有3-O-甲基-甲基戊糖的猴头菌多糖成分的方法。结论:HEPF1中含有3-O-甲基-甲基戊糖组分。
Objective: To identify the 3-O-methyl-methylpentose component of Hericium erinaceus polysaccharide. Methods: The pure HEPF1 was isolated from the fruiting body of Hericium erinaceus by extraction, purified by trifluoroacetic acid, reduced with sodium borohydride, and then acetylated. The monosaccharide standard was used as a control and analyzed by GC-MS. The 3-O-methyl-methylpentose component of HEPF1 was identified by ~(13)CNMR DEPT-135. RESULTS: A capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) method was established for the identification of polysaccharide components of Hericium erinaceus containing 3-O-methyl-methylpentose. Conclusion: The 3-O-methyl-methylpentose component is contained in HEPF1.
