我们于1981年11月至1983年7月对广西境内京、毛难、苗、仫佬及侗族异常血红蛋白进行了研究,在上述5个民族中共普查15,694人所发现的异常Hb全部进行了Hb化学结构分析。共发现26个家系,其检出率为0,165%,异常Hb类型有Hb New York,HbE,一例文献未见报道新型双重杂合子:Hb New York复合HbE,一例为国内首次发现的Hb G waimanalo。从1949年发现镰刀状细胞贫血以来,迄今已有360多种异常Hb,国内自1964年开始进行异常Hb调查和1980年首次报道异常Hb化学结构分析以来,已发现有32种异常Hb,其中8种类型为世界上首次发现,其余24种为国内首次报道,本文是广西5个数少民族异常Hb的研究结果,报道异常Hb的发生率和类型,一例是世文献界上未见报道的新型双重杂合子Hb New Yark复合HbE,一例为国内首次发现的Hb G Waimanalo。
In November 1981 to July 1983, we conducted an investigation of abnormal hemoglobin in Beijing, Maolan, Miao, Gelao and Dong in Guangxi. All the abnormal Hbs found in 15,694 people in the above 5 ethnic groups were all subjected to Hb chemistry Structural Analysis. A total of 26 pedigrees were detected, with a detection rate of 0,165%. Abnormal Hb types were Hb New York and HbE. No new double heterozygote was reported in one case: Hb New York composite HbE and the first Hb G waimanalo was found in China. Since the discovery of sickle cell anemia in 1949, there have been more than 360 kinds of abnormal Hb so far. Since the abnormal Hb survey was conducted in China in 1964 and the first abnormal Hb chemical structure was reported in 1980, 32 abnormal Hb have been found, of which 8 The species was first discovered in the world and the remaining 24 species were reported for the first time in China. This article is the result of a survey of 5 minority ethnic anomalies Hb in Guangxi and reports on the incidence and type of abnormal Hb.
