天然石膏胶凝材料制品具有尺寸稳定,赋形性优良、装饰美观,保温隔热性能良好,吸音性能优越,防火性能优良,绿色环保,生产能耗低,可循环利用等优点,但石膏胶凝材料硬化体强度较低,除做装饰用建材外,其他应用受到了较大制约。如何扩展石膏材料的应用范围,提高力学性能是关键因素,添加减水剂可以有效减少胶凝材料的拌合水量,降低胶凝材料孔隙率,提高胶凝材料密度,改善晶体聚集体结构,从而显著提高胶凝材料强度等力学性能成为研究的重点。本文研究得出试验室条件下高强型石膏专用聚羧酸系高性能减水剂(TDS)的最佳合成工艺条件,其最佳条件为:TPEG-2400∶甲基丙烯酸∶丙烯酸∶丙烯酸丁酯∶苯乙烯∶引发剂=2∶16∶6:6∶1∶0.35;反应温度为75℃;反应时间为1.0h,TDS的最佳添加量为石膏粉质量的0.2%。
Natural gypsum cementitious material has the advantages of dimensional stability, good formability, beautiful decoration, good thermal insulation performance, excellent sound absorption performance, excellent fireproof performance, green environmental protection, low production energy consumption and recyclable properties. However, gypsum gelation Material hardened body is low, except for decoration materials, other applications have been more restricted. How to expand the application range of gypsum materials and improve the mechanical properties are the key factors. Adding superplasticizer can effectively reduce the amount of water mixed with cementitious materials, reduce the porosity of cementitious materials, increase the density of cementitious materials and improve the structure of crystal aggregates. Significantly improve the mechanical properties such as the strength of cementitious materials become the focus of the study. In this paper, the best synthesis conditions of polycarboxylate based superplasticizer (TDS) for high strength gypsum were obtained under laboratory conditions. The optimum conditions were TPEG-2400: methacrylic acid: acrylic acid: butyl acrylate : Styrene: initiator = 2:16: 6: 6: 1: 0.35; the reaction temperature is 75 ℃; the reaction time is 1.0h, the optimal dosage of TDS is 0.2% of gypsum powder.
