儿童头部损伤非常普遍,本研究的目的是要确定儿童脑外伤与其后的行为障碍是否有关系。 方法 对行为障碍接受特殊教育的儿童与接受正规教育的儿童发生脑外伤情况进行比较。所谓严重行为残疾,是具有下述一项或多项特征,并持续长时间和达到明显程度,影响对其进行教育:(1)不能用智力、感觉或健康因素解释无能力学习;(2)不能建立或维持与同学和老师的良好人际关系;(3)在正常环境下行为不适当或情感异常;(4)经常情绪低落或抑郁;(5)有发生躯体症状倾向或有与个人或学校问题有关的恐惧感。
Head injury in children is very common, and the purpose of this study was to determine whether a child’s traumatic brain injury is associated with subsequent behavioral disorders. Methods Comparisons of traumatic brain injury in children with special education and behavioral disorders with formal education were conducted. The so-called serious behavioral disability has one or more of the following characteristics that affect for a long period of time and to a significant degree its impact on education: (1) incapacitated learning can not be explained by mental, emotional or health factors; (2) Can not establish or maintain good interpersonal relationships with classmates and teachers; (3) inappropriate or abnormal behavior in normal circumstances; (4) frequent depression or depression; (5) Problem related to fear.
