蜡样芽胞杆菌(Bacillus cereus,下简称本菌),是革兰氏阳性,需氧,有动力,能产生芽胞的大杆菌。在1960年,国外 Hauge 氏就报道了本菌引起食物中毒的较详细研究报告。国内自1973年南京市卫生防疫站报道首例本菌引起食物中毒之后,引起了有关人员注意,在近10年中,本菌引起食物中毒已有不少报道,对它的研究也逐渐深入。现就国内这方面研究情况简略总结如下。一、分布情况本菌在自然界分布广泛,空气。灰尘、土壤、污

In 1960, foreign Hauge’s report on the bacteria caused by food poisoning more detailed study.
