“知足者常乐”,乃是一种安于现状、不求进取的处世哲学。一个企业领导者若崇此念,必然丧失斗志,不思改革,固步自封,难有作为。在企业改革逐步深化、科学技术不断进步的时代,因循守旧,只能落后,“知足者”哪有“常乐”的可能?
“Meeting people with joy and contentment” is a philosophy of living in the status quo and not seeking progress. If a business leader likes to read this idea, he must lose his morale, do not think about reform, rest on his laurels, and have difficulties. In the era of gradual deepening of enterprise reform and continuous advancement of science and technology, we can only lag behind in the old-fashioned way. How can the “contented people” have the possibility of “changing music”?
